Cyclone II configuration file format

Hi everyone,

We have got Xilinx FPGA bit file format from net and could seperate header information e.g. file name, size, time stamp, ID etc from logic configuration image and thereby make our own JTAG praogrammer useful in our R&D. We intend to use the same for programming Altera FPGA. Does anybody have the configuration file (sof, pof) format for Altera FPGAs especially Cyclone II?

We are ready to exchange Xilinx configuration file format with you if you so desire.
