Cyclone 5 SoC Altium Library

Hello,

Altium has just released the Cyclone 5 library updated with SoC devices. Unfortunately you must have a valid subscription to the Altium Vault to download it. I have a Altium 2004 license and it doesn't work.

Altera has Orcad library for Cyclone 5. Why Altera doesn't do the same with Altium?

Can anyone download it?

    are the attach files capable of importing pin files from quartus?..

    Those files are usefu only for the schematic. Why do you need to import pin file from quartus?
