Cyclone 5 SoC Altium Library

Hello, Altium has just released the Cyclone 5 library updated with SoC devices. Unfortunately you must have a valid subscription to the Altium Vault to download it. I have a Altium 2004 license...

Those files are usefu only for the schematic. Why do you need to import pin file from quartus?
