Cyclone 3 PS configuration problem

Hello,

I am trying to configure a cyclone 3 using passive serial mode and arm9 (in a driver in WinCE6.0).

At first I check if nStatus is low (FPGA in reset) and it is.

Then, I put nCONFIG from low to high and wait for the FPGA to set nStatus to high ("device ready to receive configuration data").

At that point I am stuck, as nStatus isn't changing to high.

Can someone help with this topic? Thanks in advance.

Solved. Reason was that not all FPGA voltage supplies were active.
