Cyclone 10LP 3.3V interface 3.0V VCCIO Bank

Question

&nbsp;Am using a cyclone 10LP Device with part number 10CL040YF484I7G]. Here all our VCCIO is connected to 3V and our peripherals is working on 3.3V. So is it recommended to connect FPGA like this. Please help us on this as we are progressing in Schematic design. Any application notes to check this
