Cyclone 10 LP PLL Numbers

Hello, I am using Quartus 19 for new project with 10CL016U256C8G. I found the device should have 4 PLLs but Quartus said only 2.. Please see attachment. Which one is correct? BRs, Joh...

    I also tried to compile the design in 19.1 standard version, and it shows 4 Total PLLs. You can refer to the attached screenshot.
