Clarification Required on End use of Products-INTEL
Dear Team,
Hope you are doing well.
We are reaching out to request your clarification regarding any restrictions related to the end use of your products. Specifically, could you please confirm the following:
- Do you have any prohibitions concerning the end use of your products.
- If so, could you specify the nature of these prohibitions (e.g., restrictions related to medical applications (life-saving equipment), general military use, weapons of mass destruction, or space applications).
- Do these restrictions apply to all your products, or only to specific products or product categories.
- Are there particular products or brands that are explicitly permitted or prohibited under these restrictions.
- Additionally, could you kindly provide a link or reference to any official documentation or messaging that outlines these restrictions.
Your assistance in providing this information will help us ensure compliance and clearly communicate your policies to our mutual customers.
Thank you for your support and prompt response

Hi,
When you mention Intel products, are you referring specifically to Intel FPGA products, or to all Intel products in general?
Thanks,
Best regards,

Hi Santosh,
We can only provide support for Intel® FPGA products, as this community forum is specifically focused on FPGA-related topics.
If your question is related to FPGA safety features, you may refer to Intel’s Functional Safety (FuSa) solutions here:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/products/fpga/fusa.html?wapkw=fusa
For questions related to other Intel products, please post them in the appropriate section of the Intel Community at:

Thanks,
Best regards,
Kenny
