Hi everyone, I am a final-year ECE student and a newcomer to this community. Please excuse me if this is not the right place for this query, but I am looking for some help with the licensing process...

Can you try requesting a license using Quartus? In Quartus, go to Tools->License Setup... Then click "Get no-cost licenses". You should see a Questa option checkbox
