can not load sof file for Agilex-7 to run BTS

Dear support:

I have followed the user guide to run BTS, and it successfully retrieves the clock and power configuration.

Hower, it cannot download SOF file to configure other designs (ex. GPIO, FMCA ...).

Below is a snapshot of the error message, please help me clarify the issue. (MSEL=001 or 111 are the same results)
