Can I configure the multi-device like this?

In My project, There are two CycloneIII device, the one is EP3C10 and the other is EP3C25. But they receive different .sof data. Can i configure them successful followed the Figure9-4 or Figure9-5 in...

Yes you can use the scheme in figure 9-4 and place the two images in the EPCS flash. Just ensure that the EPCS is big enough to hold both images.

You can't use the scheme in figure 9-6 though as your FPGAs are different, and can't use the same image file.
