Arria V (5AGXBB3D4F35C4): CONF_DONE pin failed to go high in device 1

Hi,

I am using Arria V FPGA. I am getting the "CONF_DONE pin failed to go high in device 1" error.

I have 2 similar boards, one is working fine. If i programmed the same sof file to 2nd board i am getting the error.

JTAG is detecting & until 97% it is programming. I have checked the diode continuity from CONF_DONE pin of FPGA. it is ok.

Can any one help me for debug..

Thanks,

Venkatesh.

If one board is working fine and the other isn't it sounds like you have a build fault. Are you happy the pull-up resistor on the CONF_DONE pin is fitted correctly and the correct value? Are you happy all the FPGA's power rails are good on the non-working board?

    Regards,

I have checked the both boards all the parameters like resistors, voltage & Diode continuities.

After the fab i verified the programming, it's fine. After some days suddenly it gets stopped.
