The subject device and associated flash EPC8QI100 are obsolete. What is the correct device set to use now for redesign? Please give me contact information for an Application Engineer.
Since Stratix GX EPISGX10D is a very old device, I would suggest you check the following Stratix lineup which may have the right features that are applicable to your application.

Regular ContributorCould you provide the specs, how many channels for the transceiver, the xcvr speed, etc, so we could suggest a suitable board for you?
Based on my observation, Stratix GX is perhaps equivalent to Cyclone 5 only.
