ALTPLL Megawizard keeps crashes

I wanted to instantiate a PLL in my design but the ALTPLL ip wizard opens for a few seconds and then crashes.  im using Quartus Prime Lite 25.1 edition.  Kindly suggest remedies.

Hi Frank, 
Thanks for your attention to the issue. 
I downgraded to version 23.1 , now the GUI does open but closes unexpectedly when i reach the output clocks configuration page.
Kindly suggest next steps.

    Hi,
    The PC specs are as follows:

    AMD Ryzen 5 7530U with Radeon Graphics          (2.00 GHz)

    16.0 GB RAM

    Windows 11 64-bit 

    AMD Radeon Graphics
