AGILEX 7 R29B Package Pin Out documentation

    Hello,

     

    I have checked, and right now the internal team has been working on this.

    For now, the workaround is to manually extract the pinout using the Pin Planner tool in Quartus.

     

    1. Choose the target OPN in the Device Window.
    2. Go to Assignments → Pin Planner.
    3. In Pin Planner, open the View tab → Pin Migration Window.
    4. Click Export to save the pinout in .csv format.

If Agilex 7 doc is correct, there's no R29B package available. Where do you see it?

    In Quartus 25.1 you can find AGIB027R29B1E1VC and AGIB027R29B1E2V. I have one right now.
