Agilex 5 A5EC013A/B package

Hello Intel team,

Is the A5EC013A-B23A and A5EC013B-B23A have the same footprint and symbol?

Is the internal Net Length being the same?

I couldn’t fine information about the A device, only for the B devices – symbol, footprint, and Net Length report

    Hello Asaf,


    After checking with the internal team, I have been informed that both are the same package design. Hence, A5EC013A-B23A and A5Ec013B-B23A have the same footprint, symbol, and netlength.
