Hi,
Relating the 5M80ZE64A5N CPLD device in 64EQFP package:
I can't find GND pins either in the pin list in Excel or in the ORCAD library I downloaded from the website.
Can anyone help me with this?

Eli_HaitsThe E64 package also has an EXPOSED PAD. Could it be that it is the only GND connection for these components?
