5M80ZE64A5N GND PINS MISSING

Hi,

Relating the 5M80ZE64A5N CPLD device in 64EQFP package:
I can't find GND pins either in the pin list in Excel or in the ORCAD library I downloaded from the website.


Can anyone help me with this?

    Yes, as clearly indicated by pinout file.

    The E64 package also has an EXPOSED PAD. Could it be that it is the only GND connection for these components?
