480X640 to 800X600 with 720X576

hello,

i have a PAL Video Source with active Resolution (720 X 576) and can get the Resolution (640 X 480) on my Display, now i would like to know if it would be possible to get a Resolution (800 X 600) on my Display with the same Video source and how?
