Hi Ryan,

This error is due to wrong "intel_signal_tap.sdc" path as it is not in project directory. You can manually try to copy the "intel_signal_tap.sdc" and paste it in your project directory or you can navigate to the path where contain intel_signal_tap.sdc file(as stated in the error message), open it and save as (save to your project directory) and recompile.
