10M08SAU169 configure used pin with pull down resistors

hii

i have my custom board based on 10M08SAU169 and i want to configure my io outputs to be pull down mode in the pin assignment in quartus , is it possible

my output io are an activation to a relays

and i want those pins to be low right away when the fpga gets the supply voltage , how can i do this ?

    From my understanding, no, you cannot set MAX 10 IO pins to internal pull-down at power-up in Quartus. Only weak pull-up or tri-state is supported. You may refer to: MAX® 10 FPGA Configuration User Guide, Table 6: Initialization Configuration Bits.
