I apologies for the inconvenience you are facing with Intel web page.
Could you provide me with the link so that I can share with internal team to fix it?

Hi Aqid,
Tnx for your prompt reply.
The link is from this page: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/devices/package.html?family=MAX_10
Clicking on 169-Pin UBGA - Wire Bond - A:1.55 refers you to: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/404.html?ref=https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/packaging/04R00470-02.pdf , but then you get to a page with an error message.
Regards,
Shai
P.S. in the mean-time, would it be possible to receive the required docs directly from you?

Hi Shai,
Please check the link again as it is should be working now. Before that, I suggest that you try the below steps first and then check again:
1. Please clear the cache and cookies from the browser, along with the browser history and launch a new window to access the link.
2. Make sure you are using a supported browser for this site (Internet Explorer 10 and above, Microsoft Edge and the most recent version of Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox).
I have tried it and it is working for me. If not, please let me know as I will provide it to you

Tnx Aqid. The link works now and i could download the latest mech info.
BTW, this package (.dra and .pcm) files is still missing from the device family footprints zip-file. I know it used to be there.

Shai

Hi Shai,
Regret to inform you as far as I understand, Intel no longer provide support for PCB footprint of FPGA and CPLD device families, similar to configuration devices.
However, what I can help is you can find the schematic symbol in .olb format which you can download from the link below. I hope it is also useful for you.
