Hi, For some reason the footprint or mechanical drawing info for 10M02SCU169C8G is missing from Intel PSG documentation. Link to mech. drawing returns an error and the PCB footprint file does not ...

Clicking on 169-Pin UBGA - Wire Bond - A:1.55 refers you to: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/404.html?ref=https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/packaging/04R00470-02.pdf , but then you get to a page with an error message.
