Сhips on the crystal EP2AGX45DF29C5N

Hi. I ask for help in resolving the issue with the EP2AGX45DF29C5N elements. Our elements have chips on the crystal. Can you please tell me if there are chipping tolerances in the documentation? See photo.

      There is a chip on the ceramic surface. It is acceptable? The microcircuit will work?

    Can you provide us the measurement A & B(mark in the picture) for units 1 & 2? Our factory team needs this to verify if this falls within acceptance criteria.

    2. Provide Intel PSG SO number
    3. How do you detect the failure?
    4. How many qty receive and how many unit found with this condition?
