Unable to scan device chain. Max 10

How to solve the problem "Unable to scan device chain" ?

I make board by referent Max 10 FPGA Evaluation Board
When i will to auto detect...
Sometimes see the device ( meybe ). I don't know how to fix the problem.
Who can answer me ?. Thank you very much

    Could you provide me the full schematic? May I know how many device is connected in the chain?

      1 Device .I make board referent by Max 10 Evaluation kit but cann't program in the FPGA chip
      I don't know what to set about. Software ? or I can working it when powering the FPGA.

    Hi,


    What you provided is the evaluation kit schematic. Is it possible to get your schematic so that I can understand if there is any wrong with your connection? The reason is that I am not sure what you modify on your board that cause the issue.

    Hi,


    I observed that you are using 1K Ohm pull up resistor on nStatus, CONF_DONE and nConfig pin. May I know if it possible to change it to 10K ohm resistor?


    The other thing is that could you make sure that your Max 10 pin connection to the board is good?
