    How is the test fail. Why you want FA. Please explain failure in details.

      The case request number is 06656196 and 06658684, but I have not received any response.

      Now the quantity of failed units is 10pcs， the failure rate is 0.8% (10/1200). So we need to apply for the FA to know the root cause for this failure.

      And I have provided the attachent for detail. If we want to apply for FA, please specify what additional information is needed (if there is a template)?

      This is very urgent. Can you help me？Thanks.

    06656196 was closed by someone else.

    I am requesting you to fill in the DPR (Device Problem Report) I attached to you before.

    I can't proceed FA if you dont fill in the form. CQE will not take this case if no DPR information.
