The EPCQL256F24IN program is unsuccessful, the FPGA is Cyclone@10, I used the following scheme:
There are two questions:
A、is it right the scheme above for configuration the EPCQL256F24IN ?
B、the Programmer tool should set AS mode or JTAG mode ?

A -> Yes, this scheme shows Connection Setup for Programming the EPCQ-L devices.
B -> JTAG, as title of figure itself mentioned that.
You can program EPCQ-L devices using either Active serial programming interface or JTAG interface,
