Regarding force and pressure on Cyclone 10 FPGA

We are using cyclone 10 FPGA 10CX220YF780E5G in our design which consumes 8W of power and we need heatsink to tighten the heatsink with the push pin we need to know the maximum force /pressure that can be applied on the IC.
