NEW S10 SX DVK: MAX ERROR(D19) LED BLINKING; SOF NOT ABLE TO PROGRAM

Hi,
After Unpacking DVK, We switch ON the board; we are seeing MAX ERROR LED(D19) blinking.

Default SWITCH Position when we received Board
SW1: OFF OFF ON ON ON ON ON ON

SW2: ON OFF OFF OFF

SW3: OFF OFF OFF OFF

SW4: ON OFF OFF ON

We changed Switch Position like below for JTAG Programming

SW1: OFF OFF ON ON ON ON ON ON

SW2: ON ON ON ON

SW3: OFF OFF OFF OFF

SW4: ON OFF ON OFF

Both case we are seeing D19 is blinking and sof not able to program.

    1. What is the failure symptom? Please elaborate the failure symptom in detail.

    2. When did the failure happen? How you discover the failure? Provide picture ERROR LED(D19)

    3. How did you determine the failure? Please elaborate the procedures. Steps taken.

    4. Does the failure unit ever working before failure?

    5. May I know how many dev kit you purchase before?

    6. Could you provide the copy of invoice that show the ship-date? This is required for warranty checking.
