Mandelbrot viewer on Cyclone V - Platform Designer layout

You can do this...

NOTE 1: when you set 0x0, then you access this device from the HPS using the address 0xC000_0000 (you are accounting for the offset of the FULL bridge, plus the base address of your device). This is the access point to your "data"

NOTE 2: "in-crs" can also be connected to the Full Bridge, this is the access for the "control registers" of the "FIFO IP" see:

When you connect this, it will require an address. Again, when using the HPS to access the cotrol registers you need the address = 0xc000_0000 (full bridge) + <BASE defined by you>

NOTE3: The "out" is already a "avalon streaming interface". I asumme you IP already has a "Avalon streaming receiver". Maybe this receiver is the "sink" you are poiting out, but I dont know this IP (It is not supported by us)

I cannot comment in further connections to custom IP, I can only help you with generic Platform Designer and Quartus questions. If you use Altera IP, most documentation is available and you can find the list of control registers to configure them.
