had 4 pcs of IC failed testing, pls advise if we can get RMA for return or credit?

    Hi cchun33, To get RMA/credit return, we will need to proceed for ERMA process to understand more about your issue and decision will be made based on the ERMA result/report. Please tell me the story of this part, how you discovered the failure? *please do not share any confidential info publicly.
