    Not a big issue. But when I did upgrade the IP, some lines in the QSF file were marked as obsolete by quartus .

    The unsupported setting of "OUTPUT_IO_TIMING_NEAR/FAR......." was not commented as expected.

    I did it manually as suggested in the first replay by sstrell.

Do you still got the error message

"Error(20403): Global setting for OUTPUT_IO_TIMING_NEAR_END_VMEAS is not supported. Please use this setting with pin assignments." ?


What do you mean by your last feedback?

Quartus 20.4 comment some irrelevant assignments when upgrade from previous IP versions but fail to comment the following:

"OUTPUT_IO_TIMING_NEAR/FAR......."

Can you elaborated it?
