Configuration PROM for an Arria II GX device (EP2AGX65)

What's the correct Altera/Intel EPCS device (SPI Configuration PROM) to use with an Altera/Intel Arria II GX EP2AGX65CU17I3G device?

In addition, I was going to use a Cypress (Infineon) SPI Configuration PROM (S25FL064LABNFI011) for this function but read the following in a Cypress App Note:

"Note: Quartus II V12 and V13 don't allow the user to program pof file to Cypress SPI flash. These versions should not be used with Cypress SPI Flash as the FPGA configuration device."

Is that still the case with the current Quartus version (Quartus Prime v19 or v20)?
