Choose a better simulation tool. VCS or Modelsim

We dont benchmark between Modelsim and VCS. Both performance should be around the same.

However, Modelsim altera edition will be slower than Modelsim PE and vcs. You can refer to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software/programmable/quartus-prime/model-sim.html
