My device is S10 SOC, I want to simulate my RTL codes.
I want to know what is the difference between the VCS an Modelsim, which one is faster.

Super ContributorWe dont benchmark between Modelsim and VCS. Both performance should be around the same.
However, Modelsim altera edition will be slower than Modelsim PE and vcs. You can refer to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software/programmable/quartus-prime/model-sim.html
