Can GPIO Pins support clock frequencies around 100 MHz? DE10 nano dev. board

I generated 32 MHz clock frequency from 50 MHz using the PLL. I wanted to measure and see the clock with oscilloscope. I tried it using GPIO Pins und could not succeed with it. I used several different GPIOs even ones recommended for clocks. I set pin voltage different ways but not all. What is the right voltage setting for Clock Pins? It will be very appreciated if some suggestions and recommendations are offered.

I am working with DE10 nano dev.board.

Can you share the RTL which you assign to the GPIO ? when you mentioned about GPIO ; is it HPS side pin or FPGA pin ?

    Thank you ,
