Is it possible use Quartus Standard edition to program an Cyclone V E in -SC version and to enable the "internal scubbing"?

According to the device handbook (https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/cyclone-v/cv_5v2.pdf) the device must have the SC suffix to have this feature. In answer to your second question, yes. The device handbook shows how to enable the feature in Quartus.

Hi,
You will need to order device with SC suffix in order to use "internal scrubbing". Normal device does not support it.
