Is it possible use Quartus Standard edition to program an Cyclone V E in -SC version and to enable the "internal scubbing"? Thank you. Giuseppe

According to the device handbook (https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/cyclone-v/cv_5v2.pdf) the device must have the SC suffix to have this feature. In answer to your second question, yes. The device handbook shows how to enable the feature in Quartus.
