Can you explain further on the FPGA failure symptom ?

• How many failure FPGA devices here ?
• Is this new prototype project or mature production project ?
• Kindly clarify on the FPGA failure pins location again.
  • GA1T doesn't look like FPGA pin location. What's GA1T ?
  • Does AR10 and AR13 refer to FPGA pin location and you are facing pin short condition here ?
• Under what kind of production testing that you observe this failure ?
