I want to send input to the USB port of the cyclone(FPGA) board with altera. Is there a megafunction applicable to altera?

I want to send / receive data from the host PC (Linux) to the FPGA board (Cyclone) using a USB cable.

Both the host PC and FPGA board have USB ports.

I am currently using Quartus Prime Standard Edition 17.1.

How can I change the value that Quartus Prime sent data from the host PC (Linux) to the FPGA board?

How should I set the FPGA side to receive as input?

Can I send data from the FPGA side to the host PC via the USB cable?
