I want to send input to the USB port of the cyclone(FPGA) board with altera. Is there a megafunction applicable to altera?

I want to send / receive data from the host PC (Linux) to the FPGA board (Cyclone) using a USB cable. Both the host PC and FPGA board have USB ports. I am currently using Quartus Prime Standard Edi...

May I know that do you have install USB driver on Linux? If no, there is a document that can help you to install the USB driver on Linux:

For more information about Programmer tool in Quartus, you can refer to the document as below;
