Re: Stratix 10 SoC Dev Kit - L-tile - FPGA-DDR4 (SODIMM ) Example design
I'm glad that your question has been addressed, I now transition this thread to community support. If you have a new question, feel free to open a new thread to get the support from Intel experts. Otherwise, the community users will continue to help you on this thread. Thank you.Re: Stratix 10 SoC Dev Kit - L-tile - FPGA-DDR4 (SODIMM ) Example design
Hi, I can reproduce this error. You can refer to below link to generate a example design based on the emif component in ed_synth.qsys locate in emif_s10_0_example_design folder. https://www.intel.cn/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug-20120.pdfRe: Stratix 10 SoC Dev Kit - L-tile - FPGA-DDR4 (SODIMM ) Example design
Hi, You need to download package installer from below page, and then you can find the design locates in download zip file. It locates in examples/sodimm_ddr4 folder. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/stratix-10-soc-development-kit.htmlRe: DDR4 HILO in S10MX failed initialization
Hi, Besides the question I mentioned before, below two points need to check: 1) Do have any physical inspection being performed on DDR4 hilo card? Ensure you plug in the DIMM properly to avoid bad pin contact issue. 2) Please offer either dev kit or DDR4 hilo card serial number.Re: DDR4 HILO in S10MX failed initialization
Hi, I check the development kit bts setting, I find that the type of DDR4 is UDIMM. Can you check your board's DDR4 type from the part number? To see if it's the same as BTS setting. BTW, you compiled BTS and test it, not just use the sof from the download package, Is that right?Re: DDR4 HILO in S10MX failed initialization
Hi, To lower the frequency is just to have a test, to see if lower frequency is effect. To disable/skip address/command calibration step is to enable the highlight setting. Pls make sure you follow it. If all the 3 actions you are implement, please let me know the result.Re: DDR4 HILO in S10MX failed initialization
