Why doesn't the Serial Lite III link bring up between the E-tile Transceiver Device and other devices ?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.4 and earlier, you may experience interoperability problems while having a link between the Serial Lite III Streaming Intel® FPGA IP generated for E-tile and other devices.

Resolution

A patch is available to fix this problem for the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.4. Download and install Patch 0.81 from the appropriate link below.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software.
