Fixes for the following problems are included in the latest release (The newest release contains all prior fixes and supersedes earlier device firmware releases).

Firmware version 0.07fw:

This patch fixes the issue where non-PCIe and PCIe lanes are used on the same F-Tile bank, and PCIe PERST# is asserted prior to configuration, the non-PCIe transceivers will not properly come up. This patch decouples PCIe PERST# reset requirement from non-PCIe transceivers.
