Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 25.3.1 and earlier, you might see this internal error when performing an IP Upgrade.

Resolution

To work around this problem, delete the qdb folder before compiling the project.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
