How do I enable the electrical idle feature in the E-Tile Transceiver Native PHY Agilex® 7 FPGA IP?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1 and earlier, this feature is currently not supported. 

Resolution

The problem has been fixed starting with Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 24.3.
