Can LVPECL IO Standard be used for the Universal Interface Block (UIB) PLL in the HBM2 IP?

Description

The HBM IP does not support the LVPECL IO standard for UIB PLL.

Resolution

This standard has been removed from IP GUI and IP User Guide documentation starting with Intel® Quartus® release version 21.3 and onward.
