Will Questa Intel Starter FPGA Edition-64 support Vizualizer?

The new flow in Questasim will migrate from wlf to qwave. Will the Questa Intel Starter FPGA Edition-64 support Visualizer?

During simulation I'm able to dump waveform files in the new qwave format using the version noted above. But I'm not able to view the waveform using visualizer due to the missing license, e.g. feature 'qdebug'.
I'm concerned about what will happen when you migrate to the most recent version of questasim where wlf is replaced by qwave.
