Will linux support end for all systems?

In the release notes of Quartus v12.0 sp1 , it says "The Quartus II software will no longer support the SUSE Linux Enterprise operating system beginning with version 12.1" . Does this mean support for "all linux systems" will end? Or specific to SUSE? Should I panic?

    I believe it is impossible to write more clear, that Quartus will not support SUSE Linux Enterprise.
