Why can't the USB Blaster I&II drivers for cyclone 10 GX dev kit be installed on Windows 10 using Quartus Pro 19.1?

First install the standalone Quartus prime programmer v19.1 before installing the patch 0.03.

Hi,

I have downloaded Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1. The patch 0.03 doesn't work. Still encounter the same error for USB driver.

Would you suggest me to roll back in previous versions of Quartus Prime Pro?

No need to roll back to previous version since this patch is for fix the another issue.
