When I try to install Intel FPGA modelsim on my Windows 7 workstation, it hangs.

When I try to install Intel FPGA modelsim on my Windows 7 workstation, it hangs. It is stuck when almost finished. After killiing the part 2 process i got the attached error report.

I was able to build and configure the example design as explained on UG-20039. It will be great if I can simulate this with my own IP. Please help!

    Try to kill any process running in the background.

    Ensure that the Modelsim files are completely downloaded from fpgasoftware.intel.com before install.

    You can try to disable the antivirus before installing it.
