When I go to altera.com/download/software/quartus-ii-we it only has service pack download files, no actual software download flies. What's up with that?

Honored ContributorNote sure... but I had no issues downloading and installing the Quartus II Web Edition Service Pack 1 from here:
altera.com/download/software/quartus-ii-we Are you sure it wasn't just asking you for an installation path? Have you tried going through the whole installation procedure?
